Mango Rose Cream Cake 🎂



Summer on a plate! you don’t need any occasion to have this delicious Mango Cake!!


👉 Mango Rose Cake🎂

 Light and airy sponge cake soaked with mango juice, layered with mango flavored whipped cream along with fresh mango chunks and try to make a rose with mango slices on top. Aesthetically pleasing and heavenly mangolicious!!

Mango Rose Cake Ingredients:



  • Egg whites: 4
  • Egg yolks: 4
  • Vinegar: 1 tsp
  • Caster sugar: 120g (approx half cup)
  • Oil: 30g (2 tbsp)
  • Milk: 40g (3 tbsp)
  • Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
  • Yellow food colour: few drops
  • All-purpose flour: 120g (approx 1 cup)
  • Salt: half tsp
  • Baking powder: half tsp
  • Whipped cream: as required
  • Fresh mangoes: as required
  • Mango juice: for soaking (I used nestle fruita vitals)

How to make:


👉 Beat egg whites with vinegar until whitish and foamy, start adding sugar gradually and beat well.
👉 Add egg yolks to the egg whites one at a time and beat well after each addition. 
👉Add oil, milk, vanilla, and yellow color together, mix well and add into the egg mixture and beat until mixed properly. 
👉Gently fold in dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder) in 3 parts with the help of spatula until incorporated.
👉Don’t Over Mix!

👉 Pour the cake batter in a greased and paper-lined round 8-inch pan and bake at 180 deg for 25-30 min until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
👉Let it cool completely on a wire rack, then cut it into layers and decorate with whipped cream and fresh mangoes.
