Custard Trifle Recipe

 Custard Trifle Ingredients

  • Fresh Milk - 1 kg
  • Olpers Milk - 1 liter
  • Green Cardamom - 2 
  • Vanilla/Mango Custard   3-4 TBSP
  • Cold Milk ½  Cup
  • Mix Custard in Cold Milk
  • Sugar  - ¼ Cup
  • Let it cool
  • 1 Plain Tea Cake 
  • Pistachios - ½ Cup
  • Raisins - 2 TBSP
  • 2 Bananas
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Candy Biscuits - Crushed
  • Lemon Juice - few drops

How To Make!


Step-01:
Boil milk. Add cardamoms and sugar.

Step-02:  Dissolve Custard in cold milk and add into the boiling milk. Mix and stir continuously until you get desired consistency.  Then Let it cool completely. 

Step-03: Peel and slice the banana and mix few drops of lemon juice, so that the banana can remain fresh for long time. 

Step-04: Assemble the Trifle by layering. Take a wide serving bowl. Spread cake slices then custard layer then again cake slices and spread the remaining custard evenly. Decorate with desiccated coconut, crushed cookies, crumbled pistachios, raisins and banana slices. 

Serve Cold & Enjoy :)
