Recipe of Chinese Hot Garlic Eggs

INGREDIENTS:
Eggs 5 (Boiled)
Capsicum one, chopped
Spring Onion chopped
Garlic Cloves 8 to 10, chopped
Dry Kashmiri Red Chilli One, chopped
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Red Chilli Paste 2 tablespoons
Tomato Ketchup 2 tablespoons
Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon

Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar or brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon
Manchurian Masala (optional) 2 tablespoons
Stock - chicken/vegetable, half cup

METHOD:
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and one chopped Kashmiri red chili and fry for some time till nicely golden.
- Then add chopped spring onions and capsicums and saute a little.
- Now add 2 tablespoons of red chili paste, 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, one-fourth teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, mix and cook.
- Then add boiled eggs, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons of Manchurian masala, half cup of chicken/vegetable stock, stir-fry and then dish out.
- Delicious Chinese Hot Garlic Eggs are ready to be served.
